Handyman Job at Coastline Beach Rentals
Local property management company is looking to hire a full time maintenance technician who possess all-around general maintenance skills. This is not a 9-5 position and will require a mixture of shifts; some days and some evenings. This candidate will be expected to be available to address calls and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Some of most common tasks will include:
Painting / Patching
Caulking
Installing door locks and balcony door handles
Garbage disposal changeouts
Shower valves, faucet change outs, valve stems
Toilet parts, fill valves, flappers, wax rings, flanges, etc
Clogged drains
The ideal candidate would have a basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as:
Programming TV remote
Changing TV's
Hanging Blinds
Painting / Patching
Occasionally we will have appliance and furniture change outs.
Salary or hourly pay will be discussed.
The candidate MUST have Facebook and Facebook Messenger
Candidate MUST have a truck or work van with tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per week
