Go Fast Manufacturing & Shiocton Cut Stock in Shiocton, WI is looking for one HR generalist to join our 73 person strong team. We are located on W7824 Smith St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.
Job Description
HR Generalist
Full Time
$18-$24 an hour
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 2pm (flexibility to cover office hours when a staff member is off is a bonus)
Job Description:
Implements human resources programs through the following services: staffing, employment processing, benefits, training & development, records management, safety & health and employee relations & retention
Develops solutions by collecting and analyzing information; provides recommended courses of action
Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluation potential solutions; implementing selected solution
Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information fulfilling transactions
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed actions

Job Duties:
Recruiting
Background & reference checks of potential employees
Phone screen potential employees and set face-to-face
Maintain employee files
Arrange for advertising or posting job vacancies
Maintain & administration of OSHA written programs & training
Complete monthly building inspection
Complete monthly safety inspections/audits
Schedule & conduct monthly safety meetings
Other duties as directed by the Human Resource Manager/Safety Manager
Requirements:
Authorized to work in the United States
High School diploma
2+ years in a similar to equal role

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00/hour.
