About the Role
As the IT Help Desk Manager, you will be a hand-on technical leader who is responsible for delivering world class support experience. Additionally, this manager has strong leadership and communication skills which lead to their team to exceeding performance expectations

Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of help desk professionals, ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution.
- Resolve escalated and priority issues.
- Set coverage and on-call schedules to ensure constant service coverage
- Develop and refine problem resolution processes.
- Help create specifications for change requests to reports, dashboards, or other configuration driven items.

- Mentoring and support teams globally.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field.
- 5+ of experience in an IT or help desk environment, preferent on a leadership position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT best practices and processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience with computer security systems, password, and file protection protocol.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Experience RCA, process improvements and KPI´s.
- Experience with implementing Service Now.
- ITIL training / certification preferred.
