Here is what working as a Landscape Laborer at Teddy’s Lawn and Landscape will entail:

• Enjoying the achievement of performing landscape management duties as directed by field managers while maintaining a clean and professional appearance
• Being a responsible member of our team structure by holding others accountable
• Participating in hands-on learning and instruction and being willing to adapt to change
• Working with your hands in the great outdoors in various weather conditions
• Exemplifying self-reliance by demonstrating the ability to help grow a company that will offer you an environment to learn and opportunities for advancement
• Using your excellent communication skills to converse with clients

We ask that you have these qualifications:

• Hardscape construction experience (preferred)
• Ability to operate various equipment, including mowers, finishing equipment, hedge trimmers, pruners, planting bed edgers, wheelbarrows, trimmers, and backpack blowers
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance and snow removal
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• High school diploma or GED
• Can speak and read English
• At least 18 years of age
