Job Summary
Come join an amazing team at Pediatric Behavioral and Developmental Health in Fort Myers! We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a passion for working with Pediatrics patients in a caring and supportive environment.
Works in collaboration and partnership with patients and their family/caregiver(s), clinic/hospital/specialty providers and staff, and community resources in a team approach to provide linkages for the various health and social needs of the patient. Provides assessment, treatment, group and individual therapy, and support services. Develop in conjunction with clinical team, an individualized treatment plan to address needs of the patient/significant others to support recovery. Work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental and emotional health associated with chronic disease, depression, addictions and substance abuse, stress management; self-esteem; and aging.
