Maintenance Manager Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Review job orders to determine work priorities, schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines/tools/equipment
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance
- Drive preventative maintenance program in conjunction with engineering
- Confer with other management to resolve problems and recommend improvement measures
- Supervise employees across three shifts in maintenance
Maintenance Manager Requirements:
- Two year Technical Degree
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required
- Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government reulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
