High School diploma or GED
2 years of experience.
Work Schedule:
7 am to 3pm Monday thru Friday

- We’re looking for someone who is positive, friendly, and who can help us create and maintain positive relationships in our communities. Must be a hard worker who takes pride in a job well done, and who believes in sharing responsibility for achieving departmental and organizational goals.General maintenance. Ensuring that all maintenance and preventative maintenance duties are completed. Ensuring that all sidewalks and parking lot area is maintained. Assist Building Manager with required Fire Drills. Notify security alarm company for test mode procedure. Process all formal and informal documents as requested and required (time sheets, trainings and evaluations). Be available after hours for emergency building issues. Will also repair damaged walls throughout the building, paint rooms, and minor electrical repair, plumbing and carpentry items as needed.
