About The Role:

Arbor Homes, the largest homebuilder in Indiana and a Berkshire Hathaway company is currently looking for a Marketing Manager - Indianapolis. The Marketing Manager - Indianapolis will be responsible for supporting the Indianapolis Sales Team and the umbrella of brands and products. As the liaison to the Corporate Marketing Team, this role is responsible for assisting in increasing the customer experience, helping drive traffic and sales goals as well as ensuring marketing campaigns and deliverables are in place and accurate to achieve Arbor Homes divisional goals and objectives.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Execute brand standards for community marketing plans, budgets, deliverables/tactics, and vendor relations by:
    • Enforcing strict adherence to brand standards and guidelines across all internal and external partners;
    • Ensuring pricing and community information on website and print collateral for Indianapolis market and divisions are up to date and accurate;
    • Updating, maintaining and creating website presences on a division, community and home-specific level.
  • Create and collaborate on marketing and branding activities including collateral and materials, print, advertising, signage, web/video/photo content, digital, electronic and social media, direct mail, and more by:
    • Sourcing, engaging, and managing strategic partners, vendors and the Corporate Marketing Team for items including but not limited to photography/videography, weekend directional, sales office materials and renderings including contract negotiation and budget management;
    • Assisting in developing content for the website including social media, blog and other print publications; and
    • Managing and owning collateral requests from Sales Managers the Indianapolis Sales Team.
  • Coordinate and attend special events, community activities, and on-site events to assist in managing vendors and traffic flow.
  • Take a leadership role in the opening of new communities, models, products and plans.
    • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that all sales tools needed are in place prior to opening and that community appearance meets our standards.
    • Oversee Model Home and Sales Center installation and maintenance.
    • Consistent communication of new community, new section timelines with Corporate Marketing Team.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to measure sales and traffic; evaluate sources/drivers of same; and adjust campaigns accordingly to maximize visitors to community sales centers.
    • Track and report on weekly traffic, sales and conversion activity.
  • Evaluate new technologies and opportunities to improve the homebuying process from the customer's perspective.
  • Manage, coach, and develop division sales professionals to support the local team marketing model.
