Job Purpose
Maintain relationships with both incoming and current healthcare providers. Onboard new members into our discount plan. Promote company products and services. Conducts research and analyzes data to help identify and define the target market with the purpose of increasing volume.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage leads through CRM; participating providers and subscription members.
- Create promotional emails and manage Sick n Well Facebook and other social media accounts.
- Manage membership data such as enrollments and payment methods into the database.
- Manage participating provider data such as enrollments and pricing into the database.
- Pilot new programs, including CRM & sales processes, and provide feedback on their effectiveness prior to company-wide product release.
- Responsible for increasing membership volume for the company with planning, management, and execution of campaigns through networking and marketing.
- Represents the company in a professional manner.
- Promotes products and services offered by the company to all members.
- Builds relationships with key groups and leaders within the local communities to generate new membership targets.
- Consults with relevant staff to develop marketing and promotion plans, identifying the geographic locations of the marketing campaign and targeting prospective patients.
- Responsible for keeping records and gathering other consumer feedback so plans’ performance can be reviewed and adjustments can be made as needed.
- Communicates member feedback to the company’s management team, presenting consumer information to improve the company’s reach.
- Must ensure that the company’s products and services are portrayed in a positive light.
- Reports weekly to relay targets and goals met as well as to discuss future plans.
- Any additional duties assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills
- Proven experience in an independent role
- Familiarity with company policies and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organization skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office products; Excel, Publisher, Word, PowerPoint
- Minimum of 1-year experience in marketing/sales
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Experience motivating and supporting people in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to carry, lift, and pull heavy objects
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to travel 25% of the time if needed
Working conditions
This position may require evening, weekend, or holiday work. This position requires many hours in a sitting or standing position. This position requires travel to various office locations.
