Packaging Technician - 1st Shift

As a Packaging Technician, you will set up and operate packaging equipment in the final manufacturing stages of Lifecore products. During the course of your shift you will:

• Set up and operate equipment that labels, seals and packages Lifecore products
• Inspect Lifecore products
• Document completed work during the packaging of the products
• Practice proper precautions and procedures when handling chemicals
• Participate in the review of Lifecore procedures
• Identify and communicate quality issues
• Acquire and maintain cleanroom and gowning qualifications

To qualify as a Packaging Technician, you'll need the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to comprehend and follow written operating procedures.
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Able to stand for the majority of your shift
• It's great if you also have at least 6 months of packaging experience, preferably in a medical device or equivalent regulated industry.

Schedule: 1st Shift: Mon - Thurs from 5:00 am - 3:30 pm or 2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 3:15 P.M-1:45 A.M
