The Courtyard by Marriott Waterbury Downtown, managed by Moody National Management LP is currently looking for a Parking Attendant to join our team

Essential Functions:

• Respond to guest inquiries courteously; provide information regarding transportation, hotel services, local events, points of interest and activities.

• Walk garage parking/property for added Security. Maintain general cleanliness of parking/property.

• Guard Entrance to parking garage.

• Prepare and submit required reports to management.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Specifications

• Sound working familiarity with safety and security procedures and guidelines and ability to safely operate vehicles.

• Excellent driving record.

• Working knowledge of alternative local travel routes, hotel services and local area events and activities.

• Good command of the English language; second language proficiency desirable

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Ability to maintain customer focus

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Ability to follow corporate and brand standards and procedures.

Education
