Specialist, Retail Performance
CHANEL is looking for a Specialist, Retail Performance to join our Retail Transformation Team in New York. The Specialist, Retail Performance will act as a key business conduit between the boutique and home office teams. S/he will develop analysis and insights into the boutiques’ business performance and drive strategic initiatives for the retail team.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
  • Independently develop and maintain sales and service KPIs reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives.
  • Lead variable compensation calculation in partnership with P&O and Payroll.
  • Drive boutique expense forecasting, and coordinate process with manager, operations team, and Boutique Regionals and Directors.
  • Provide financial support to Retail teams on their direct expenses, ensuring budgets are maintained. Identify under/over spending to plan
  • Own key strategic retail projects as defined by Manager and project manage across broad groups to execute retail initiatives
  • Represent the home office Retail Team in communications between to the field
  • Build relationships with Boutique teams

  • Minimum of 3 Years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Hybrid position based in NYC

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,700 through $93,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits and perks.
