Kadlec is seeking a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join a dedicated Orthopedic Trauma Surgery team in Richland, Washington. This position will assist with call coverage, clinical work, OR cases, rounding, hospital discharge and follow ups with the ambulatory team. You will also have support from a strong APC group as well as from the facility's surgeons. New graduates are also encouraged to apply as there are strong training and mentorship opportunities as well. • Monday schedule Friday with desirable 4.5 day work week
• 1:6 Orthopedic call
• Mix of inpatient, outpatient and OR work

• Compensation is between $61.58 and $78.35 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
