Overview

This role will be responsible for the purchasing of product and software for clients and internal use, as well as for renewals, with all the duties and responsibilities associated with it and to ensure the best cost is obtained to contribute to ADNET’s bottom line. This role is also responsible to be a backup for the FPA department with regard to billing, AP and AR.

Responsibilities

• Purchase products from vendors including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s)
• Handle outgoing shipping requests
• Maintain, track and process client hardware and software renewals as well as licensing
• Provide backup coverage for Project Administration including setting up projects, maintaining current status of project, and following up on close of project.
• Provide backup coverage for Contract Administration including contract creation, maintaining current status of contract, and following up on contract completion.
• Monitor and maintain FP&A Triage Board.
• Provide support for administrative functions as needed.
• Provide support to the President, Controller and members of the management team.
• Follow policies and standard operating procedures for the Administrative department.
• Follow company policies and interdepartmental procedures.
• Voluntarily provide information and assistance to other office members for the whole office’s success.
• Handle administrative duties to maintain good client and vendor relations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all aspects of this position.
• Cross train other individuals in the organization for all aspects of the position.
• Present a pleasing, friendly and helpful attitude to clients and coworkers.
• Work with Controller to develop and monitor career objectives and goals.

Qualifications

• Education:

Minimum of two years of college education in business or computer related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience:

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and knowledge of computer systems required

Compensation, Benefits, Culture

Compensation range: $50,000 to $70,000 determined by experience.

• This position is primarily remote, however travel to ADNET locations will be required (85% remote; 15% in-office)
• Preferred location for the role is the Rocky Hill, CT area
