WHO WE ARE: Oldsmar Health and Rehab - a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Oldsmar, FL is currently seeking an RN. We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new clinical professional to join our team.
As the Registered Nurse (RN) within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the daily support and supervision of the clinical staff. Salary: Up to $39.00/hr DOE
(RN) Registered Nurse Job Summary & Qualifications:
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care
- Supervise clinical staff (such as LPNs, CNAs)
- Monitor the administering of all medications and treatments within your facility
- Manage the care plan processes and communicate all care plan instructions to patients and their families
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
- Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
- Active RN License Required
- Advanced Organizational Skills
- Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
