Our Franchise, SERVPRO® of West Knoxville | SERVPRO® of Oak Ridge | SERVPRO® of Northwest Knoxville | SERVPRO® of North Knoxville, is seeking a Restoration Operations Manager to lead our Restoration team. This position requires an individual that has an upbeat and professional attitude and who leads, motivates, and supports a large production division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. They oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
  
• Lead a team of Project Managers who are responsible for inspecting properties, and preparing and executing a detailed scope of work for restoration.
• Oversee all day-to-day activities of a 35 +/- person restoration team
• Recruit, train, and coach restoration team members
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
  
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
• Oversee the management of operational activities.
  
• Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Restoration industry and management experience preferred
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Effective written and oral communication
• Intermediate math skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledgeable at job costing, and quality control
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
