Schedule Analyst - Senior Job at Assured Consulting Solutions
Location: St. Louis, MO or Springfield, VA
Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

We are looking for a Senior Schedule Analyst that will work with the Engineering Management Team, Program/Project Managers and Product Owners to provide leadership of digital engineering and schedule management activities for developing schedules, collecting, and reviewing project and program data for updating and maintaining schedules, conducting critical path analysis, identifying dependencies, conducting ‘What-if?' analyses, and providing comprehensive visualization/reporting. Provide definition, maintenance and reporting of roadmaps and schedule information. Lead and oversee regular digital reporting of roadmaps and schedule information to designated review activities and for leadership awareness.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create, manage, maintain, and operate an automated enterprise schedule activity using government approved schedule tool (e.g. Microsoft Project/Project Server), to allow for the integration and assessment of schedule files and schedule data from Segments and Offices to support the Program Office schedule.
- Perform the full lifecycle of engineering support including but not limited to requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability analysis, resiliency analysis, development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability analysis, and decommissioning.
- Lead overall response for Engineering Management meetings both internal and with SF, to include schedule presentations for projects, programs and activities, by providing reports, Gantt charts, and other visualization products, clearly communicating schedule expectations and/or status. • Identify system development milestones that drive phasing of capabilities to meet enterprise epics or equivalent planning timeframes.
- Develop, manage, and maintain connection of strategic-level and enterprise-level effectivities with lower-level Program/Segment/Project effectivities and milestones.
- Oversee program/segment/project digital scheduling, executable technical roadmap development, incremental reviews of schedule milestones and activities, and maintain schedule baselines as directed to ensure an informed enterprise level schedule.
- Assure critical path analysis and 'what-if' scenarios are available to identify schedule change impacts, associated risk, and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Release Management to facilitate coordinated capability releases.
- Create and maintain a digital Foundation GEOINT capability-based roadmap.
- Work with Enterprise MBSE tools to provide input and extract data.
- Lead the identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution of technical risks and issues to ensure the timely, functionally efficient, and cost effective stand-up of new capabilities for IPF.
- Develop and maintain IPFs digital engineering capability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree, or equivalent years of experience.
- Senior-level experience in IT technical development project or program scheduling experience.
- Senior-level experience in management and operation of Microsoft Project for definition, maintenance and reporting of project/program schedule information.
- Senior-level IC/DoD program/project experience.
- Senior-level experience in Government or industry in establishing, managing, and/or leading a tool-based, schedule management and reporting process.
- Senior-level experience using tools such as Tableau, or equivalent predecessor
- Mid-level experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree.
- Senior-level experience in management and operation of scheduling tool/service for definition, maintenance and reporting of project/program schedule information.
- Senior-level experience in Government or industry leading schedule management for developments using traditional or Agile and Scrum based methodology or application of methods.
- Project Management Institute-Scheduling Profession Certification (PMI-SP), AACE PSP Certification, or Microsoft Project/Project Server Certification.
- Senior-level experience using SharePoint and MS Office tools
- Senior-level experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as defined by DI-MGMT-81861 Integrated Program Management Report.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree, or equivalent years of experience.
