Security Officer - Rolling Meadows $16/hour
The employee will be responsible for:
- Provide customer service to commercial tenants and customers; welcome, thank, and exceed expectations by focusing on interactions.
- Communicate and interact with tennants and guests.
- Blend problem solving and decision making to positively impact the clients experience and resolve issues/ concerns
- Adapt to different interactions and situations
- Write detailed, accurate, and legible incident reports including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved.
- Contact appropriate individuals (site supervisors, field management, etc.) as directed by site post orders or as needed during shift.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Security or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
- Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Successfully obtain a PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card), which can be obtained post-hire.
