Self Storage District Manager - Central Region N.Colorado, WY, MT & ND

Interested in working with one of the top ten management companies in the US? We are that company and we’re excited to hire a new Full Time District Manager for our Mountain Region to join our Argus Professional Storage Management (APSM) team, covering KS, MO,MT,WI and MN.

Our District Managers are responsible for the daily operational, fiscal, and staffing management of up to 15 properties within their territory. All work closely with the Property Managers to ensure that site is exceeding performance standards, while remaining in compliance with state and federal regulations; Communicate with Regional Director, other District Managers, and property owners regarding all aspects of property operation and performance

Duties: In this position you will oversee the day-to-day management of self-storage facilities while remaining in compliance with all state and federal laws. We strive to reach beyond the standard and deliver nothing short of excellent customer service to all tenants and potential tenants.

What we require from you:

• · Valid state issued driver license
• · Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• · Ability to conduct physical work that includes outdoor and indoor maintenance
• · General repair maintenance
• · Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Relevant Experience:

• · 2 years with multi locations or district regional area experience
• · Storage experience preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
