About this opportunity:
As a BI Developer, you are experienced in all stages of BI project development, you can work independently on requirements gathering, logical and physical data model design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
The BI Developer should have a firm grasp of reporting and analytics tools and in-depth experience with BI tools and environments, specifically Microsoft Azure BI technologies, Microsoft BI Stack and Tableau.
You are results driven, data professional with broad BI technical experience utilizing best in class tools and methodologies.
Working across teams, the incumbent will be required to have an end-to-end view of the reporting requirements of the business, developing solutions aimed at improving performance measures such as cost reduction, time reduction or quality improvement.

includes 300 centers in the US as well as 14 centers in the U.K., 21 in Spain and 36 in Australia.

Your key responsibilities:
- Design, implement and support BI solutions - ability to work independently as well as in a team setup in design and development stage.
- Develop and maintain code to build new data models along with technical data modelling and technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Design, develop, maintain optimal data pipeline architecture for data movement and data orchestration using Azure Data Factory.
- Design and recommend improved operational procedures to maximize efficiencies.
- Research and develop proof of concepts to improve the data warehouse performance and processes.
- Provide end user training on the tools and data sources available to support self-service business intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field
- 5+ years’ experience in business intelligence and analysis
- Understanding of data warehouse methodologies (Star schema / Kimball)
- Experience analyzing, designing, and developing Business Intelligence solutions.
- Experience in up-to-date Microsoft business intelligence technology stack (SSMS, SSIS), Tableau Desktop and Server.
- Experience in building stored procedure and database views in Azure SQL, SQL Server 2015/2019.
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and reverse engineering existing SQL legacy code and processes.
- Experience in migrating on-prem system processes to the cloud.
- Worked on agile methodology with experience in writing stories, work-breakdown-structure, estimating story points and delivering in sprints.
- Absolute focus on service to users
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with IBM Cognos and TM1 (desire)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
