The Service Ticket Coordinator will manage service tickets, schedule field staff, and provide administrative support to internal personnel. This role requires excellent organizational skills and experience in inventory management. The Service Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers & Operations Managers to ensure workload is appropriately distributed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage service tickets and schedule field staff
- Review inventory and assist with returns
- Organize completed job files
- Provide administrative support to internal personnel
- Communicate workload changes with Centralized Dispatch
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Complete other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
