What You'll be Doing
Do you have a passion for social media? Interested in learning new skills in social media, marketing, and paid advertising? We'll provide you with paid, job-readiness training to become a subject matter expert in your field, which you'll be able to immediately put to work in supporting business customers to grow their businesses through social media advertising.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Utilize your gained knowledge and skills in social media advertising, brand awareness, and ecommerce to guide customers
  • Proactively reach out to your customer base to support their advertising needs and help educate them on the products and services, which will include phone calls and email follow-ups
  • Take a consultative approach to understanding the customers' needs and providing recommendations for potential marketing campaigns
  • Schedule appointments with customers that have started advertising accounts
  • Help customers manage their budgets and spend on promoting social media posts
  • Lead by example and work with your team to contribute to the overall success of your client program

What You Bring to the Role

  • Keen Interest in social media
  • A desire to learn or expand on your skills in social media, marketing, or advertising
  • Customer-focused and resolution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable making phone calls, setting appointments, and handling follow-up communications with customers over email
  • Computer savvy
  • High school diploma or equivalent

You'll report to a Team Lead. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
