Job Description

• Job Title: Spare Parts Coordinator
• Location: Souderton, PA
• Department: Aftermarket
• Group: Spare Parts
• Reports to: Senior Spare Parts Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities

• Work with NCC project teams and integrated vendors to create recommended spare parts quotations for our Customers
• Proactively following up on Spare Parts Lists and quotations, with an eye on increasing sales top line revenue and profitability
• Be main point of contact with Customer’s team for spare parts
• Process spare part orders
• Research part information as required by communicating with vendors, using internet searches, past project history, etc.
• Process Warranty requests as needed, including acting as gatekeeper to flag high dollar items, frequent requests, etc. If RMA is required (determined by others), initiate RMA process with Customer.

• Experience with Global Shop ERP system
