The Clifton, a Historic Inn and event venue is adding Banquet Servers to our extraordinary Food and Beverage team. The Clifton is well known for hosting extraordinary culinary experiences. We are looking for friendly, positive people who enjoy the hospitality field. This is the perfect position for someone who is looking for a part time flexible work schedule.

Banquet Server Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up room for event function
- Engage with our guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds their expectation
- Being attentive to the guests needs and requests
- Making the guest feel welcome and appreciated
- Finding ways to create a memorable culinary event
- Checking and maintains proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift
- Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Communicate menu item ingredients, being knowledgeable about food allergens
- Serving food and beverages
- Replenishes beverages, frequently checking back with guest to inquire about satisfaction
- Assist with cleaning up
Qualifications
- Previous 2 years of serving experience in a dining restaurant required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
