- Proficient with PC, student information systems, and customer relationship management systems
- Collaborate with home office colleagues on the development and delivery of comprehensive training for One Stop staff
- Develop, maintain, and organize timely One Stop training materials on home office and related One Stop business processes
- Deliver group and one-on-one trainings to One Stop staff
- Assess staff retention of information imparted during trainings
- Assess training and assessment tools to maximize training effectiveness
- Navigate confidential student information across multiple systems
- Assist with the development and maintenance of office policies and procedures
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer student or parent questions
- Ability to comply with university policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
