TREASURY SIGNATORY

Time Equities, Inc. (“TEI”), an international real estate investment and development company is seeking a Treasury Signatory with meticulous organizational and people skills, to exercise strong judgment working with all departments to carefully review and approve all pending payments for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and approving pending payments, including wire, ACH, and intercompany transactions, based on pre-set company-approved authorizations, reasonableness, and adequate supporting documentation and description ensuring accurate GL coding of payments.
• Reviewing payments to be made by check or by a third-party processor based on the same verification criteria as above; sign checks or release electronic payments for approved transactions.
• Verifying and releasing third-party (managing agent) checks over prescribed agent limits.
• Logging on to various credit card accounts to review and timely pay executive expenses.
• Administering and maintaining a companywide directory of Authorized Approval Criteria, including specific descriptions of authorized permissions by personnel, dollar limits, and properties where necessary.
• Entering annual budget details for numerous properties to MRI accounting software for comparative reporting.
• Responding and providing information and documentation as requested for bank KYC inquiries.
• Maintaining and updating the listing of lender-required monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and providing as required.
• Coordinating and gathering financial and other accounting information as requested by auditors and investors.

REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION: 70 to 80K
