Our Opportunity

We are looking for a career-oriented warehouse associate to serve as a member of our order fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is customer-focused and professional. The warehouse associate will assist in the production or pick/pack processes to fulfill wall décor orders Monday thru Friday. This is a 40-hour work schedule influenced by our customers and volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders in a safe, timely manner.
• Quality inspections and packaging of items for delivery route(s)
• Reviewing orders to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer needs have been satisfied.
• Loading and unloading items into assigned box truck or sprinter van.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operating equipment, such as pallet jack, forklift, or dolly. (material handling position specific)
• Receiving – replenishment of inventory as needed.
• Back Up Delivery Driver as needed

What You Need To Be Successful

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Drivers license required
• Warehouse/production environment.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks or single station.
• Can read and recognize product variations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to measure using devices.
• Time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods up to 50lbs.
• Attention to detail.
• Clean driving record.

Salary Range: $20-22 depending on experience
