DIME Beauty Co is looking for energetic, hard-working, dependable individuals to fill our full-time Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate position in our Draper, UT distribution center. The Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to help maintain company service level agreements (SLA).
• Assist in inventory replenishment, returns, pick area readiness and organization.
• Assist in readying in-bound shipments for accurate receipt and put away.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and assist with overall facility cleanliness and organization.

• This is not intended to be all-inclusive. Daily responsibilities may change depending on the needs of the department as directed by leadership.

General Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to daily work schedule. Avoid tardiness and absenteeism.
• Work overtime when requested or required due to influx in order volume.
• Contribute to projects/process improvements when needed as requested by leadership.
• Attend mandatory beginning of day and end of day team meetings.
• Always show respect, kindness, and support to fellow employees.
• Encourage and help build a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Inventory control, warehousing, fulfillment experience highly desired.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
• Use of creative problem-solving skills highly encouraged.
• Flexibility within job duties.
• WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience highly desired.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
