Pay Rate
$40,000 annually based on hourly pay
Minimum Experience/Education
College degree is required, preferably in a related field.
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
- Previous Photoshop/Creative Media experience
- Previous experience with social media management
- Must be self-motivated and team-oriented
- Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Computer experience, especially with desktop publishing (i.e. Photoshop)
- The duties and responsibilities of this position must be performed in a competent
manner following the highest standards for leadership, professionalism, integrity,
accountability, responsibility, cooperation, and customer service
- Understanding of NCAA rules & regulations
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees Social Media & Recruiting Marketing efforts for Football
- Oversees creative Video Production for Recruiting including Weekly Pump-up Videos,
- Assists with content creation and strategy for Charlotte Football Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Tik Tok)
- Assists Video Coordinator as back-up Video Role
- Oversee the Football Creative student internship program
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing
Knowledge and Skills Considered Essential for Success:
- Previous creative experience
- Previous experience with social media management
- Must be self-motivated and team-oriented

- Computer experience, especially with desktop publishing (i.e. Photoshop)
