We are looking to expand our team via a leader who is highly engaging with a strong EQ and executive presence for C level relationships. As the Head of B2B NAM Channel and Partner Sales for North America, you are responsible for creating and maintaining our channel and partnerRegional strategy in partnership with our leadership in our global and B2B North America teams.

You manage the entire Partner and Channel ecosystem including Distribution, Alliances, and key OEM strategic sales relationships. You build, lead and maintain highly motivated focused teams and sellers through active coaching, partner and joint customer engagement, and life cycle product management strategies to ensure that we remain in first gear around driving sales across the entire Logitech portfolio of products, software and services.

You thrive in your leadership capacity and will ensure the development of a strategic approach to the region and work cross-functionally to deliver on the market growth potential through Logitech people, the financial goals, and business goals.   • You are responsible for developing and building the strategic plan and building customer relationships and partnerships that evolve Logitech’s enterprise brand in the North America Region

  • Lead, transform and empower a team of 40+ leaders and drivers in our sales, distribution and alliance functions through clear and direct communication of roles and responsibilities that align to corporate goals and targets

  • You have a leadership seat at the table for in-end customer QBR/NDA customer insights and alignment around Logitech strategic initiatives

  • Take a hands-on approach with a high degree of personal interaction to lead, build and develop your team and our business partners to define processes and exceed sales and revenue targets while meeting directly with customers

  • Develop new and deepen existing customer relationships with large enterprises to drive sales by leveraging VC solution providers, alliances, and through a variety of sales channels

  • Forecast accuracy for the week/month/quarter forecast to develop predictability for gross revenue/net sales/gross margin/OPEX

  • Maintain a productive, effective and close relationship with the VC Business Group (VCBG) and all BG’s to ensure key ensure customer requirements, certifications and feedback are being captured and delivered across our VC product portfolio to support long term innovation

  • Assign regional quotas and remove obstacles to enable sellers to overachieve their sales, revenue and profitability targets

  • Listen and aggregate feedback from the team to streamline selling and operational efficiencies as the business grows

  • Work cooperatively with cross functional departments including CSM, SE and HQ resources to deliver elite customer experience

  • Build and maintain a strong regional network of strategic Logitech Collaboration Platform Partners that complete the customer VC solution (Microsoft/Zoom/Google)

  • Provide regional and customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape and position the business for growth in both the near and long term

  • Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline, forecast, reviews across all products with direct reports to ensure accurate pipeline/forecast

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Strong working knowledge of the Logitech channel and alliance partners

  • Technically proficient across the enterprise IT landscape including knowledge of video

  • Influential leader with a hands-on approach and experience building exceptional teams in the “forming/storming” stages through a journey or inspiration, motivation, positive practice

  • Previous leadership experience in leading a channel sales organization in NAM required

  • Previous experience in building new teams, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and scaling large partner-facing technical sales teams

  • You should have carried a quota or led sales and/or channels teams in your historical experience

  • Expertise leading, forecasting and pipeline management processes through direct sales and channels organizations to align to Logitech global demand planning and sales forecasting

  • Marketing development fund and ROI ownership are key components to success

  • Strong presentation skills, to include written and verbal communication

  • Proficient with CRM/Pipeline tools (Salesforce.com) and lead management systems

  • Collaboration, Unified Communications, Networking/Mobility, and Security

  • A track record of leveraging influential leadership to drive change, growth, and new business models

  • Track record of goal achievements in an intense, fast-paced, rapidly changing and results-oriented environment

  • Excellent negotiation skills for customer engagement to maximize customer relations, sales performance expectations in key performance areas, and stakeholder management

  • An innovation and transformational mindset. Be willing to always try new things, make bets, and take calculated risks

  • Disciplined approach to delivering sales growth through account plans, CRM tools, and lifecycle customer management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with working with managed service providers, channels, integrators and VARs. Channel Partner Sales Leadership required

  • Multi-segment experience, ability to scale from Global partners to multi segment Distribution partners to capture the entire partner sales opportunity

  • Experience managing culturally and geographically diverse teams, particularly in countries throughout Europe and Asia

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 210,900 and $ 557,200, dependent on location and experience.


In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
