We’re looking for a highly skilled social marketing manager to help each of our clients build a stronger organic social media presence and achieve ROI on social media ad spends. Our ideal candidate will have social media marketing experience (primarily organic/ secondarily paid) and a comprehensive knowledge of branding. Prior medical industry background is a plus. He/she will have the ability to work with a team of writers, designers, video editors and account managers, and interact with clients on a regular basis. Mad Rose Media is in search of a Junior Account Manager as we continue to grow our brand. This person will play a critical role in managing client relationships and organizing creative content production in all media types including: design, website, video, motion graphics & social media. They will support the rest of the team and in delivering effective marketing solutions that meet the client's business objectives.

The specific duties and responsibilities of an Account Manager in a marketing agency may include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Supervising production and shepherding production processes in all electronic media types with an initial emphasis on video.
• Continuously advancing projects and relationships with clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as creative, media, and analytics, to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet client objectives.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Analyzing account performance data and providing regular reports to clients, along with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Identifying opportunities for account growth by proactively proposing new initiatives or services to clients.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise with clients, and communicating any concerns to internal teams for resolution.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and sharing this knowledge with clients and internal teams.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience managing clients/projects.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and several years of experience in account management in a marketing agency, are typically required.
• Experience with video projects is a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,584.00 - $54,812.00 per year
