Training Coordinator
Provide hands-on floor training and/or classroom training to newly hired food production associates, helping them understand the daily tasks of their roll and easing their transition into the position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for training employees on all functional aspects of their area.
- Train employees on how to use the RF guns and equipment.
- Evaluate associates and provide feedback in training as well as communicate areas of concern or improvement to the associate and his/her supervisor.
- Effectively communicate and promote organizational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to and promote safety procedures ensuring company quality standards and GMPs are met.
- Track and maintain class attendance records, test scores, and document additional training requirements for associates as applicable.
- Assist in creation, revision, and implementation of training materials for existing and new associates.
- Be able to communicate cross functionally with all associates.
- Impact associate retention positively by fostering a respectful team environment that supports workplace values through professional communication, motivation, and timely problem resolution.
- Must be certified to operate all equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Maintain organization of materials, work area, and record keeping procedures.
- Assist in maintaining and communicating productivity standards and key measure improvements.
- Work on the production floor in a production role during non-peak time, performing manual labor as required when not training.
- Must be able to withstand a production environment with exposure to dust, varying temperatures, and noise.
- Willing to train new associates on equipment in production freezers where temperatures get to 10 to 15 degrees below zero.
- Perform other duties and work in other departments as assigned.
- Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience with proven communication, administrative, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with computer systems desirable; food production experience preferred.
- Fluently read, write, and speak English
