Kilted Cleaning Technician

Men In Kilts provides window and exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. Our service offerings include window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. We strive to do much of the work from the ground; however, we do use ladders, so being comfortable with heights is a must. And yes, we do wear kilts, which along with dependability, outstanding customer service and flawless execution, defines our brand.

Compensation:

• Pay rate during training starts at $16/hr and is based on experience.
• Pay increase after 90 day training period as well as future growth into lead technician, trainer and/or manager.

Requirements:

• Must be ready and willing to wear a kilt every day and enjoy the resulting attention!
• Ability to learn and regularly use technology including but not limited to: smart phone or tablet with online quoting software.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment including but not limited to: pressure washer and window cleaning equipment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Ability to work outdoors (rain or shine, cold or hot temperatures).
• Ability to lift and climb extension ladders and stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds for short periods of time.
• Have a valid driver’s license and safely operate a work van.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team
