We are looking for an individual that brings an entrepreneurial spirit, desire to build a business, and a passion for solving complex problems for clients while collaborating with a high performing national practice.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead clients through all phases of the digital transformation world.
- Participate in and drive architectural and technology decisions using Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platforms.
- Oversee teams of technical advisors through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion, and testing.
- Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress, and demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional
- Collaborate with executive management within organizations to assess, design, and build digital transformation programs.
- Expand our current ecosystem of technology and industry partners to enhance our ability to serve our clients.
- Lead a dynamic and diverse team of individuals throughout the US to grow our cloud services business.
- Innovate through our firmwide innovation program to develop new offerings to meet dynamic customer needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other applicable degree.
- 5+ years of leadership within an organization.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing large scale cloud applications using microservices architecture.
- 2+ years of professional experience building full-stack applications.
- 1+ years of experience in Team Lead role in cloud migration, multi-cloud implementation, or Consulting.
- Solid understanding of computer network, security, architect design, object-oriented design - Experience with Google Cloud or AWS.
- Demonstrate growth mindset, enthusiastic about learning new technologies quickly and applying the gained knowledge to address business problems.
- Consistently demonstrate follow-through in honoring commitments to customers and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize and strategize in a variety of project areas and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 5+ personnel
- Ability to develop and maintain new and existing Crowe client relationships
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving, strategic thinking and reasoning abilities.
- A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and capacity to excel in a cohesive team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools.
- Ability to work independently on projects with little oversight or as part of a team
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing landscapes
- 3+ years leading digital transformation or cloud/multi-cloud implementations
- Google Cloud/AWS Solutions Architect certifications and experience in a production environment
Travel requirements may be up to 50% at times, however are currently extremely limited due to the current environment. Expected travel will be approximately 20%.
